RETURN POLICY

We hope you’ll love your Nusk product, but if it’s not exactly what you want you can return it — no questions asked. Send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll issue you a full refund as long as the item is not worn or damaged in any way. Please note that a refund might take up to 14 days after we have received your return. You will be notified immediately via email once the refund is issued. A refund will be issued back to the account linked to your original method of payment.

Want to exchange your item for a different size or style? No problem! Just send back your original item within 7 days of receipt and as soon as we get it we’ll issue you a full refund. In the interim, go ahead and order your design in the right size or style. Shouldn’t everything in life be this easy?

REPLACEMENTS

We package every order with extra care, but accidents happen. If your order gets damaged in transit, please email a photo of the damaged item and a description of the damage to [email protected]  We’ll ask that you return the damaged item and we’ll process a replacement item immediately.
